Photograph’s of Parish Events: Dear Parishioners, if you have any photos of parish events in the past year that would be suitable for inclusion in the Down and Connor Diocesan Directory, would you please email them to the parish office with captions and names of individuals in the photo. Please ensure you have the permission of all those in the photo.
Parish Visitation: As a caring parish, we try to keep in touch with those parishioners who unable to join us at Mass. They might be sick or housebound or perhaps busy caring for elderly relatives or young families. Our Parish Visitors go out in twos to call with them. They chat together for about half an hour, bring a copy of the weekly bulletin and news of parish events and ask for their prayers for our parish. We hope it helps to make people feel connected and less isolated or lonely. We are looking for new “visitors” from Greencastle, Whitehouse, Whiteabbey and Greenisland to join the team of Parish Visitors. Could you spare an hour or so each month to help us? Contact Josephine Nicholl 07980 564638 or email mjn45@hotmail.co.uk for further details.
